BOS88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and winnings.

BOS88 reserves the right to request proof of identity (MyKad, passport) at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Important Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit. BOS88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

BOS88 reserves the right to require full account verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within 30 days. The KYC process involves submitting a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method.

BOS88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion has its rollover requirements of its own, typically ranging from 1x to 10x the bonus value

BOS88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we suspect a promotion is being abused, including through the use of automated software (bots), fake accounts, or player collusion to exploit bonuses.

• Winnings resulting from system errors (e.g., incorrect odds) will not be paid out and will be reversed

For Sports Betting, BOS88 uses recognised third-party odds providers. Any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed will not affect already accepted bets.

• Cyber attacks – any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt BOS88's systems
• Use by minors – allowing or facilitating account use by individuals under 18

BOS88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request from Malaysian legal authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting BOS88's customer support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements.

For accounts closed due to violations, BOS88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings in that account without compensation.

BOS88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on our platform. Members acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and agree to bear full responsibility for any losses.

BOS88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical updates may cause temporary disruptions. BOS88 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the member's end
• Errors in bet information entered by the member
• Third-party payment method failure
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the service

BOS88 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material and significant changes, BOS88 will endeavour to notify members via:

• Email to the address registered on the account

Your continued use of the BOS88 platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account.
